On January 18, 2026, at Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital, the Group-Level Scientific and Technical Conference with the theme “Connecting Sustainable Values | Strategic Orientation 2026–2030” officially concluded with great success. The conference was not only an in-depth academic forum but also a historical milestone, opening a new ambitious phase of development for the Hy An Holding System in its journey to conquer new heights in the ophthalmology industry.

The conference served as a clear testament to the spirit of solidarity between the Group’s Board of Directors and the Medical Division, sharing the common goal of finding the most effective, minimally invasive, and optimal treatment solutions for patients.
The event was honored to welcome the participation and guidance of the Senior Leadership of Hy An Holding Group, the Medical Council for the 2026–2030 term, the team of Masters, Specialists, and Nurses, as well as representatives from the Operations, Finance, and Legal departments of the two member units: Sai Gon Dong Thap Eye Hospital and Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital.
1. Launch of the Hy An Holding Group Medical Council (Term 2026–2030)
One of the most important strategic highlights approved at the conference was the official launch of the Group Medical Council for the 2026–2030 term. This is a team of leading experts holding the role of directing professional standards, standardizing protocols, and enhancing treatment quality across the entire system. The Council structure includes prominent figures:

- BS CKII Tran Trong Duy: Vice Chairman of the Medical Council.
- BS CKI Le Hoang Minh: Vice Chairman of the Medical Council.

2. A Series of Specialized Reports and Honoring Excellent Initiatives
Within the framework of the conference, many important professional topics were presented and discussed in depth, focusing on updating modern ophthalmic treatment trends and improving hospital operational efficiency with a patient-centric approach. The Medical Council evaluated and awarded prizes to the most outstanding topics with high practical application:
- FIRST PRIZE: Awarded to the duo Nurse Le Thi Thu Ha (Head Nurse of the General Ophthalmology Department) and Luu Thi Hong Ngoc. Topic: “Survey on patient satisfaction regarding nursing care for post-operative patients at Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital.”
- SECOND PRIZE: Awarded to Nurse CKI Nguyen Cam Hang (Member of the Group Medical Council – Chief Nursing Officer). Topic: “Good 5S Practices at Sai Gon Dong Thap Eye Hospital in 2025.”
- THIRD PRIZE: Awarded to Dr. Nguyen Tu Hai (Member of the Group Medical Council – Head of the Outpatient Department at Sai Gon Dong Thap Eye Hospital). Topic: “Central Retinal Vein Occlusion.”
3. Establishing Strategic Linkages and Sustainable Future Orientation
The conference established close linkages in resources and expertise between the two member units: Sai Gon Dong Thap Eye Hospital and Sai Gon Bien Hoa Eye Hospital. The synchronization of these professional standards creates a solid foundation for sustainable development throughout the Hy An Holding system.
