A key highlight of the symposium is the Launch Ceremony of the Medical Division for the 2026–2030 term—the core team directing and guaranteeing standard medical quality for the entire system:

The symposium is honored to welcome the leadership of Hy An Holding Group, the Medical Division Board, our team of Masters and Specialists, and representatives from the Operations, Finance, and Legal departments of both hospitals.

- Handover of Medical Governance: A ceremony transferring professional presiding duties from the Chairman of the Board of Directors to the Chairman of the Medical Council—marking a shift toward specialized and professional decentralization.
- Personnel Announcement (Term 2026–2030): Officially introducing the Medical Division that will lead medical quality for the next five years.
- Strategic Forum: A series of specialized reports and Q&A discussions to unify the roadmap for mastering modern technology and treatment protocols.
